Since last week we woke up with a wonderful breakfast winter campaigns from the hands of Humbert Humbert, so it seems a good time to make a new cocktail of big firms.
Are you ready to see which campaigns bring us Burberry, Calvin Klein and Karl Lagerfeld? Notice that almost all have white and black as a common link.
Two months ago, we already show you a sneak preview of the campaign for the coming winter, but today we bring you the campaign in full. Also these photographs and that Crown this post, two images that we bring you below summarize the essence of that Burberry has it more than usual, but which never fails: black and white, raincoats and English climate.
I do not know about you, but to me few brands get both transmit me the spirit of a style and a nation like Burberry does with United Kingdom. Even Chanel Paris or Dolce & Gabbana with Milan get inspire in me what Burberry London. Do you agree with me seeing these three pictures?
Another who denies the change is Calvin Klein, at least insofar as his muse Lara Stone. With simple black and white, like Burberry Prorsum, there is a big campaign without artifice. The images that make up the campaign courtesy of Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
Calvin Klein Jeans
Although if there is a line of Calvin Klein that, away from the prevailing minimalism in the branding, represents perfectly the sensuality, that is Calvin Klein Jeans. For the coming winter campaign, the firm has again Lara Stone in front of the camera and with Alas & Piggott behind it. Photographs of the campaign have been taken in New York.
ck Calvin Klein
Do you guess something ck campaign fall/winter 2012 - 2013? Indeed, New York, Lara, Alas, and Piggott are maintained. I do not know what they intend counting the same people and environments for different campaigns lines, even though under the skirts of the mother signature Calvin Klein. Perhaps looking for mix and display unit, so there is not too much difference between the lines and not spends so much effort, creative and economic to move them forward.
Writing this post I have a feeling that all campaigns are too minimalist and do not know if this is due to a cut in expenditure or an aesthetic intention (I think I prefer the least romantic). The next winter campaign of Karl Lagerfeld is presented in simple line style akin to Kaiser.
Black jackets, leather and large doses of sobriety made up the campaign. Do not bore you as much as me? I cannot understand how a designer who has demonstrated dozens of times the incredible imagination that has given the nod to the campaigns of his namesake firm. We know his role as designer, photographer and even a model, which is why I keep surprising to see such simple images to your own signature.
What do you think about the campaigns we show you?
